Your Role:

As Store Manager, you'll lead our client-focused team while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

Leadership & Operations:

  • Managing and motivating retail staff to exceed sales targets
  • Maintaining exceptional store presentation and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance throughout the store

Customer Excellence:

  • Providing expert flooring advice and professional consultation
  • Conducting confident home visits for measuring and estimation
  • Resolving customer queries with professionalism and expertise

Business Development:

  • Driving sales performance through effective team management
  • Managing inventory levels and product displays
  • Contributing to store profitability and growth initiatives

What You Bring:

  • Essential: Proven flooring industry experience and product knowledge
  • Strong retail management background with team leadership experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Confident measuring and estimation abilities
  • Engaging personality with genuine passion for customer satisfaction

Working Pattern:

40 hours per week across 5 days (including every Saturday and alternate Sundays)
